Engineering Technologist Food ProductionOur client is one of South Australian family owned and operated business that crafts and sells a range of premium Italian style fresh cheese, The company is looking for a highly motivated engineering technologist to complement their engineering team.Your role would include contributing to production escalations using best practice problem solving and monitor the implementation of recommendations developing, testing and implementing new and existing technologies and machinery (with an electronic and electrical bias) developing and reviewing standard operating procedures and supporting training in same developing quality control procedures to resolve production problems and maximize efficiency analyzing production data and equipment to identify areas for improvement ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards maintaining safe work practices working with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively support production.
