This critical, hybrid role will support both our employees and Club members, serving as a cornerstone of our organisational culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all welfare concerns, providing expert guidance and support. Partnership Development: Establish and maintain collaborations with external agencies and service providers to enhance the welfare support network. Program Management: Oversee the effectiveness of our Employee Assistance Program and related welfare initiatives, ensuring optimal delivery of services.
