The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
Experience in an Executive Assistant role managing senior executives, preferably within a large national or international organisation.
Demonstrated focus on timeliness, accuracy and punctuality.
Proven capacity to produce high quality reports and documents in a timely manner for internal and external purposes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
Ability to manage shifting work priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional verbal and written communications skills.
Proven high level of professionalism and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
