Responsibilities and Duties
- To work as a Consultant providing support within the business on major claims and disputes in the construction market.
- Most of your workload will relate to the Arbitration and Litigation process of major claims, dispute resolution and avoidance, as well as providing expertise as a Consultant over the life cycle of a project.
- Be involved in multiple projects and the role will offer exposure to an exciting variety of projects.
- The right candidate should be keen to specialize in the Delay Analysis and Cost Claim areas.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 2 years of site experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer or any other relevant project site related jobs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interested in Dispute Resolution, Delay Analysis and Cost ClaimÂ
- Has experience of large-scale projects in either civil engineering, building or power plant project
- Ideal candidate characteristics: investigative mind, resourceful, good communicator, a team player, adaptable, open to new learning and client/case situational changes. Candidates who are articulate with excellent English verbal and written skills are preferred
