The Role
You will be responsible for managing and delivering technical support at sites to our customers for our range of waterproofing, flooring and cementitious products.
Below is a synopsis of your job function:
- Performing site inspection before product application.
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance and usage at customer sites.
- Proposing and implementing suitable counter measures for troubleshooting.
- Supporting the sales team in preparing and conducting product demonstration.
- Assist in panel and samples preparation for presentation and approval process.
- Building and sustaining trustful relationship with customers.
Besides dealing with the challenges that come along with this portfolio, you will also experience and contribute to our dynamic working culture. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.
Requirements:
Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Civil Engineering from recognised university or college.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant working experience in construction sites support or building materials industry.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Basic product knowledge in the waterproofing, joint sealant, concrete repair, flooring or coatings products.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.
Personal trait:
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.
- A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
- A good team player and communicator.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels.
