Key Responsibilities:
People & Culture: Collaborate with leadership on HR issues.
Strategic Projects: Contribute to key initiatives, such as new HR systems.
Payroll: Process payroll and reporting.
Policy & Benefits: Advise on remuneration and benefits policies.
Problem-Solving: Address team performance and organisation design challenges.
HR Processes: Implement new HR processes, including reporting and SASH support.
Health & Wellbeing: Lead health and safety programs.
Talent Review: Support annual talent reviews and workforce planning.
