Plan and Grow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our Aged Care Division. This role requires a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and extensive aged care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical care team.
- Oversee and coordinate resident care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for Government Stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver staff training programs.
- Provide reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical leadership in aged care.
