About the role
In this role, you will provide a range of clinical care and support services to residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
This will include:
Providing and monitoring the care of residents
Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
Key Requirements For Success
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications
Valid working rights for Queensland, Australia
Ability to pass Police Check and NDIS Workers Clearance
Proof of Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 1 dose)
Previous experience as EN or RN in Aged Care environment would be highly advantageous.
