Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at a food manufacturing facility near Arndell Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Working with fillers, laminators, ovens, mixers and other site machinery.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing impact on production schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
