ABOUT THE POSITION The Product Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, repair, drawing, and maintenance of electronic components within our battery products. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for electronic components of battery products to internal teams and customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems and components, including PCB assemblies, microcontrollers, sensors, and other embedded systems.
Perform repairs on electronic equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
Interpret and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to facilitate troubleshooting and repair activities.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of electronic testing equipment.
Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
Document and report on technical issues, repair activities, and outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
