Following are her Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
• First point of contact for all IBSA FinTech applications incidents and service requests.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve in-house fin tech applications.
• Create and maintain network users' accounts and permissions.
• Configuring and supporting AWS services EC2 ensuring security standards are met.
• Perform user administration duties and set up accounts for new users like VPN, Jira, confluence, slack, Gitlab, Microsoft 365 accounts and Gmail accounts.
• Coordinate and Perform Application deployment across multiple clienteles.
• Documenting IT technical changes by writing and updating the Knowledge base in Confluence.
