Previous collection experience in insurance and/or motor vehicles (desirable)
Persuasive negotiator with tenacious phone skills
Proven dispute handling and conflict resolution skills with the ability to overcome objections
Great time management skills ensuring prompt contact is made with clients
Ability to work with high volumes
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Proven ability to use investigate skills maximize cash collection
Proven experience of meeting and exceeding set targets within a team environment
Quick thinker and able to use information at hand to quickly resolve issues for all parties
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check.
