Your new role
As a service consultant your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Deliver a customer centric service to all stakeholders, through a mix of inbound calls and online platforms
Proactively manage your portfolio of advisers while supporting your colleagues to deliver an outstanding end-to-end service to each customer
Onboard new advisers to write new business and build lasting relationships
Your skills and experience
Finance/Commerce/Medical related degree obtained throughout university
Strong background in customer service - open to industry (retail or hospitality)
You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
Your benefits
1 scheduled day off a month! Working hours: mon-fri (9am-5pm)
Flexible working: work from home as well as from the office once training is completed
Thorough onboaridng and training provided, with opportunites to progress your career within the business
