MCC Melbourne Pty Ltd General Accountant for the MCC Perth site. Responsible for accuracy and compliance of financial accounts, ensuring adequate record keeping is maintained and Accounting processes and policies statutory requirements are adhered to at a site level. Assist in developing, documenting and implementing new site financial controls, procedures and policies as required. Analyse and report Financial results monthly, including Income, expenditure and Balance sheet. Prepare monthly Management Presentation. Oversee site Asset management, including analysis of ROI for new capital expenditure projects and assisting with preparation of new Capital expenditure proposals. Oversee site Accounting and MIS system, including successful implementation of annual system upgrades. Identify shortfalls. Assist to develop and implement site controls, policies and processes to rectify gaps. Perform site audits as required and take remedial action as required. Prepare monthly analysis and reporting of Financial Statements, including income, expenditure and Balance Sheet accounts. Prepare monthly Financial presentation for ANZ Directors and Management. Identify expenditure over-runs and assist Site General Manager to develop and implement strategies for cost control. Work with the General Manager to present Capital expenditure requests, including return on investment analysis and risk assessment. Oversee Site Accounting system Tencia /CERM. Identify any system shortfalls and work with IT to rectify. Monitor system upgrade changes and work with site team to implement subsequent process changes as required.
