Role Overview:
Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing, developing and implementing Microsoft solutions, and providing ongoing support to other developers and end-users.
Required Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365
Experience designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform or Dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) is required.
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a track record of successfully delivering Dynamics 365 projects.
Experience with the Customer Services and Field Services Dynamics 365 modules.
