About the service
This lovely 72 place service operates between the hours of 630am - 6pm. The centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised kindergarten program. There is a beautiful indoor and outdor play area with a range of activities for all age groups. Come join the team!
About You
You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
The Role
Lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service.
Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities
Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality care for all children within the service
