Keece Electrical Services Keece Electrical Services is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Information Coordinator to join their team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of the company's information systems and ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of all critical data, specifically as it pertains to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities DUTIES Manage and maintain Keece Electrical Services' electronic document management system (EDMS) including uploading, organising, and archiving documents related to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Develop and implement procedures for information classification, retention, and disposal of project documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the company's filing system (physical and electronic) to ensure efficient retrieval of project documents. Assist with the development and implementation of information management policies and procedures specifically as they pertain to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Provide training and support to staff on the use of information management systems and best practices related to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Conduct regular audits of information systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on indutry trends and best practices in information management, particularly within the electrical, data and technology infrastructure sector.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of the information management function within Keece Electrical Services, with a specific focus on electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information stored in the company's systems related to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their information needs related to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information management processes for electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to information security and confidentiality, particularly as it pertains to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Keece Electrical Services' information management systems, focusing on those aspects related to electrical, data and technology infrastructure projects Qualification & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar information management role. Proven experience working with electronic document management systems (EDMS). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desirable Skills Experience working within the electrical services industry (a plus). Knowledge of relevant Australian information management standards (e.g., AS ISO 15489). Experience with content management systems (CMS) or web content management (WCM).
