This reputable Tier 2 Commercial Builder have experienced significant year-on-year growth and are continuing to expand. They have effectively delivered a diverse range of projects, including Health, Education and Commercial. With a large portion of their work coming in from repeat business, they show no signs of slowing down. Due to a strong pipeline of work and continuous strategies to grow, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
A range of commercial projects valued up to $100M
To begin with, you will be responsible for an Aged Care project
Conducting toolbox meetings
Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met
Coordinating trades on site
Working alongside your Project Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day to day operations
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 2 years local experience within the local Melbourne market
Experience in a Site Manager role working for a Melbourne-based builder
Experience delivering Commercial projects to $40M
Trade qualifications in building
Strong time management and communication skills
A strong work ethic
Attention to detail
