THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
Are you a seasoned leader with a specialty in being a trusted strategic Client Partner working on future-focused and digitally mature accounts?
Our Spark Foundry agency has an opportunity for an established Client Partner to come on board to work with one of the Groupe’s highest-profile clients.
You will have the ability to think on your feet and creatively, and have extensive experience working across the full funnel, interchangeably leaning into brand and performance activity.
An incredibly varied role that will see you work on future-forward and first-to-market digital activity while also working on major sponsorships & partnerships!
You will have strong team leadership experience working with high-performing teams who excel across multiple disciplines, including strategy, planning, digital and activations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Client Leadership
- Be the trusted, strategic adviser/consultant for the nominated portfolio through a consistent demonstration of experience
- Build & maintain strong relationships with both the senior client leads
Team Management/Development
- Lead, inspire and motivate team to work collectively to deliver the client’s objectives
- Ensure the team are consistently performing and delivering output at a high standard, all whilst managing the incredible fast-paced nature of the client account
- Be a master of organisation and prioritisation – be able to swiftly pivot, re-prioritise and re-organise client’s expectations, team’s output/delivery, manage internal and external stakeholders and still deliver a solid outcome for all
Commercial Responsibilities
- Responsible for revenue forecasting, delivery and ensure the team is fairly resourced and reasonable to consistently on the client’s expectations or evolving demands/ budget growth/challenges
- Understand the contractual obligations and governance framework, lead the team to ensure contribution towards contractual commercial agreements
IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Solid demonstration of understanding and experience across multiple layers of the funnel – Upper Funnel (brand/awareness), Mid Funnel (engage/educate) and Bottom Funnel (conversion/performance media)
- Strong digital experience particularly strong experience in performance-led client accounts with great topline knowledge in Paid Search
- Established Group Business Director/Client Partner working in an agency environment (Ideally 12+ years exp)
- Experience working within the banking, financial services, insurances sectors highly advantageous
