Based in our Welshpool Branch and working alongside a range of subject matter experts you will grow your business skill set with hands on experience across administration, record management, finance, operations, and reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
• Manage and administer databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Lead RPA development efforts, identifying automation opportunities, and creating efficient workflows.
• Implement data governance best practices and ensure compliance with data security regulations.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data processes for efficiency and performance.
You:
• You will be an analytical thinker who is results orientated.
• You will have a relevant Degree, or 5+ years similar working experience.
• You will be innovative in your approach, and demonstrate the ability to pivot in line with the market.
• Be a great relationship builder and can work autonomously.
