Your new role An opportunity has arisen to join them in a senior role for their construction division, becoming the lead PM for their Sunshine Coast office, second only to the business owner. You will be supported by a cadet in a dual role covering both Project Management and Contract Admin duties; from engaging contractors, to programming and cost forecasting, to working with the site teams to ensure projects are on track and to budget. The projects will be fast paced and vary greatly, from Local Govt Building Infrastructure to Industrial developments. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must be locally based with a background as a Contract Administrator. Whether you have a trade background, are currently studying or completed a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, all will be well regarded. Lower Tier experience is preferred, where you may have operated in a dual PM/CA role in a fast-paced environment. Additional to the above, strong communication skills are essential; being able to conduct daily contact with subbies and suppliers, confidently.
