A full valid NSW Medium Rigid Driver?s License (or higher)
A valid Tow Truck Driver?s Certificate or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement. It is highly recommended that you apply for your Certificate at the time of job application to avoid delays?- How to apply ( Please note: completing this does not guarantee you a position at the NRMA).
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster over a 7-day week (including public holidays) ? for 12-hour shifts between 6:00am ? 10:00pm
Exceptional customer service and demonstrated experience to work effectively with a broad spectrum /diverse range of groups and people.
Strong communication and active listening skills
A flexible and robust attitude, together with a positive mindset
An ability to adapt to change and work within new and changing parameters.
This position will be based out of our Prestons depot and you will be required to pick up and drop off your tow truck from this location daily.
