SALARY - $70,000 - $75,000 Per Year
DUTIES:
• Be able to identify business opportunities, devise new manufacturing processes and determine products to be manufactured.
• Work on Developing business plans and implement operational, marketing, human resource, and pricing procedures.
• Research and implement regulatory and statutory requirements affecting manufacturing operations and the environment.
• Direct and manage the activities of production, warehouse, distribution, and other operating units.
• Ensure the maintenance of quality control systems for manufacturing, waste disposal, delivery, and other procedures as per regulations.
• Coordinate orders for raw materials, supplies, and equipment, and arranging packaging, delivery, and wholesaling of products.
• Oversee the coordination of after-sales service.
• Oversee the provision of quotes for the manufacturing of specialised goods and arranging contracts with customers.
• Oversee the implementation of production run schedules.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
This position will require the following from the employee:
• A relative AQF
• Associated bachelor’s degree
• Two years of on-the-job experience.
• Own transportation
• Is hard working and has a strong work ethic.
• Loves to work in a great team environment.
• A desire for long term employment.
