What you will be doing?
- Ensure that room cleaning productivity is monitored closely and maintained.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to Housekeeping employees.
- Handle or resolve all guest complaints and establish amicable relations with guests of the hotel and look after their needs and comforts at all times.
- Ensure that the control and administration of lost properly is properly recorded and stored accordingly.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with the preparation of weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and labour planning to meet with activity in the Hotel so as to maintain cost effectiveness.
- Maintain an accurate and proper inventory of all stocks, guest supplies, linens, etc.
