As a vital member of our team, you will be tasked with crafting and executing targeted communication strategies that captivate staff and stakeholders, while also providing strategic counsel to senior leaders to inform their decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement audience-driven channel strategies to improve internal communications across the University
Lead the development and analysis of insights into staff audiences and stakeholders to inform campaigns and decision-making
Provide strategic communications advice and support to senior leaders and stakeholders
Develop and maintain effective communications tools and guidance to facilitate communication by leaders and managers
Identify and manage responses to sensitive issues that may impact staff and the University's reputation
Track and measure the impact and effectiveness of staff communications and provide recommendations for improvement
