St Vincent?s Care Services Eltham is situated on 17 acres with a vast amount of green space and beautiful natural surroundings. It is unique in that we have two separate facilities located on the one property.
With a combined total of 126 residents living at Eltham, the role of Clinical Manager will be overseeing the care and support for 63 residents. We provide a welcoming and inclusive community where our residents enjoy the comfort of a relaxed lifestyle.
