Kwa Simbi Pty Ltd is looking for Retail Supervisors for their McDonald’s Restaurant in Kingaroy.
Your role is vital in making sure our customers receive a fantastic Macca’s Experience.
You will be a brand fan, food fanatic and a people person
You make delicious feel good food, drinks and moments easy for everyone
You consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness (QSC).

Applicants should have:
McDonald's Management Experience
Excellent service skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer relations skills
Flexibility with work schedule - must be available for all shifts including weekends
Able to train, motivate and lead staff
An understanding of labour cost and food costs would be a benefit
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Salary Range: $70 000.00 to $75 000.00 per annum
