At, Optim IT Solutions Pty Ltd, based in Mount Waverly, VIC, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on ERP, web application, and mobile app projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and technology, particularly in ERP systems and application development, to drive requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution implementation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives, ensuring that our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the requirements gathering process for ERP implementations, web, and mobile application development projects, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the IT team.
• Analyse and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement in our ERP systems and application platforms.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
• Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of the ERP system and applications meet business requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on the effective use of our ERP system and applications to end-users.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in ERP systems, web, and mobile application development to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on ERP systems, web, and mobile application projects.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, as well as web and mobile application development processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for negotiating and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and providing post-implementation support.
• Familiarity with business process modelling and data analysis tools.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year plus super
