Position Overview:
We are seeking a souschef to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the quality of service and food, and maintaining the restaurant's profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
lead and manage the team effectively;
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, presentation, and satisfaction for our products and offers;
Work closely with Managers to create, implement, and deliver a top-class dining experience that can compete with the growing market within the area;
Provide exceptional food offers that are of high quality;
Create a harmonious and energetic working environment for all team members;
Work towards driving business with competitive food offers for our main dining outlet and function and event offers;
Maintain flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business, including regular dining, functions, and events.
Qualifications:
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Food Authority QLD);
Minimum 2 years experience leading and managing a team;
Availability to work on a rotating roster including nights and weekends;
Full working rights in Australia.
