About the role:
As the SecondCrop Project Officer, you will hold a crucial responsibility for ensuring the consistent execution of SecondCrop projects in Australia and the stringent compliance requirements of Loam. Your skills in records management, document control, project delivery, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in achieving our targets and meeting our customers' needs. You will be supporting a number of teams inside the Project Delivery unit and will have the opportunity to enhance the ways we work. 

  • Maintain document management databases and processes to ensure accuracy of records, version control, archiving, storage and distribution flow.  
  • Facilitate information coordination to key internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate information distribution lists and contact information
  • Coordinate project communications, reports,  meeting minutes and oversee approval flows and document review
  • Ensure document quality and compliance with company standards, projects specification and regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilise document management systems and other software tools to efficiently manage and track documents.
  • Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and systems.
  • Support continuous improvement processes and enhancements to achieve results and support customer satisfaction

  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and scrutiny of data and information
  • Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively
  • Proven experience in compliance, quality control or similar fields 
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
