Duties to be performed:
- Implementing OHS program
- Compiling and estimating food and labour costs
- Managing the budget
- Maintaining effective cooperation and discussion with kitchen staff, and managers regarding issue with food preparation
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all the stages of preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff requirements and organise production schedules and stock control
- Training and management of kitchen staff
- Creating specials and menus on an on-going basis
The position requires at least 2 years of experience, attention to detail, a good attitude and will be able to work under pressure.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
