As a Front Office Supervisor, y ou will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's front desk and guest services. You will be responsible for leading and supervising the front office team, overseeing daily operations, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is located at our Monkey Mia Resort, in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park. The Resort is one of the leading remote resorts in the country which caters for up to 1200 guests.

Delivering effective leadership to the Front Office team to ensure they are engaged and enabled to deliver excellent standards of service to the guests at the resort.
Be a point of contact for property rules, security systems, fire, health and safety and emergency procedures.
