As a Front Office Attendant, you will be assisting our guest on arrival and helping them with aspects of their day. This role is located at our Monkey Mia Resort, in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park. The Resort is one of the leading remote resorts in the country which caters for up to 1200 guests.
What will you be doing?
Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the Resort and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the Resort, including school groups, weddings, and events.
Assisting with the operations of the Resort.
What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience in a similar role and in a guest orientated environment.
