Speech Pathologist - Graduate 2024

Our multidisciplinary team are excited to be able to offer a permanent role to a recent or upcoming speech pathology graduate living anywhere in the greater Melbourne metropolitan area.

We have the capacity to provide a full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) position for the right person who will benefit from our extensive experience in supporting our team members to be thriving clinicians who love what they do.

About the role

  • Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
  • Delivering much needed speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes and the broader community
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assessing clients’ communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
