About the opportunity This role requires excellent communication skills, high-level organisational skills and the ability to lead a team. In this role, you will be:
Responsible for customer service in cluster divisions.
Responsible for divisional administration in cluster divisions.
Responsible for communication between community, stakeholders, the elected arm of Council and the Executive Team of Council.
Able to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team through ongoing performance appraisal and liaise with People & Wellbeing with regards to identified performance needs.
