Legal Aid is seeking executive lawyers across all Practices, for current and future vacancies.
Family Practice lawyers provide advice and guidance on parenting arrangements, separation/ divorce including property division maintenance, child protection for children/parents, court applications and advocacy.
Early Intervention Practice lawyer provide advice and guidance on domestic and family violence, Family Advocacy Support Service (FASS), Family Law Duty Service (FLDS), and Health Justice Partnership.
