As our network continues to expand, we’re on the lookout for our next Business Support Manager to champion our growing Membership in NSW and beyond.
As a Business Support Manager you will deliver standout business support to a portfolio of independently owned businesses that we like to call, Members.
If you have prior experience working with business owners or small businesses and have genuine care to see your customers succeed, we want to hear from you.

- Supporting up to 25 independent trade businesses to develop business plans to grow and improve their business
- Executing our structured hands-on business planning cycle
- Combining sound business and financial acumen to identify issues and opportunities within Members businesses
- Frequent and meaningful communication with Members
- Fostering a culture of strong Member engagement and networking
- Inducting new Members into the business model
- Working closely with nominated suppliers and Members to drive purchasing compliance
- Working with supply-chain partners to deliver value and engagement to all of Level’s supplier partners
- Coaching, training and educating Members and their teams on relevant business areas (including job management software)
- Developing and enhancing IP to support our overall value proposition
- Assisting the business to maintain a strong rate of Membership growth and supporting the Member recruitment process
- Assist with coordination and execution of state based and national member events
- Be customer facing with State based and interstate travel required from time to time
