Rawnsley Park Station's Woolshed Restaurant is looking for a great Sous Chef to join our existing team.
This full time position offers the opportunity to live and work in a wonderful part of the Flinders Ranges, South Australia.
We are looking for a motivated, qualified chef who can work independently and has at least 3 years of experience.
Must have great fundamentals of cooking and kitchen operation:
Including:
Food preparation
Cooking to order
Assisting the head chef with ordering
Training junior staff
Complying with all food health and safety requirements
Experience Required:
Must have certificate IV in commercial cookery
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef.
Other requirements:
Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
Must be a strong team player and able to work in busy environment.
Can do attitude and cooperative behaviour
Passionate about providing high quality of food service.
Pay Rate $70,000 - $75,000
