What Will You Do?

The IT Performance Reporting & Governance Lead is a is a key role in driving IT business value from our data. You will own the successful delivery of reporting and analysis activities across ASP IT, upholding the IT Performance Reporting and Governance Framework, ensuring the accuracy of and access to outputs, alignment with other organisational governance models and procedures. Data visualisation is a one of key tools in this role to provide information to IT, to enable quick understanding and prompt actions based on identified insights. A key aspect of this role is to lead and encourage a data and insights driven business culture within ASP IT

This will be achieved by:

  • Developing and maintaining a robust and scalable ASP IT Performance Reporting and Governance framework (PR&G) that includes scorecards, dashboards and periodic reports
  • Establishing and maintaining an accurate and up to date IT Performance Reporting Schedule
  • Providing leadership and direction on reporting and visualisation best practices to upskill staff in data cleansing, modelling, visualisation, reporting
  • Aligning reporting governance with data governance and business strategy, ensuring measurable business values are delivered
  • Liaising with managers and the IT Leadership Team (ITLT) to create key relationships and to provide the leadership and management teams with advice on developing key business KPIs and maintain KPI reporting

More About You

We don’t expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning.  It’s your performance reporting knowledge and capabilities that we value most. We are looking for team player with: -

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing a performance reporting and governance framework within a large organisation
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft PowerBI
  • Proficient to design and develop visually compelling reports and dashboards that communicate complex data simply and elegantly to business users
  • Experience in creating and implementing development and training programs in reporting and governance
  • At a minimum, a bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Science or a similar discipline
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures and Reporting are preferred
