Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage goods movement and administrative duties.
Oversee stock control, debtor management, and market analysis.
Lead personnel functions, training, and performance evaluation.
Drive customer engagement and identify selling opportunities.
Ensure safety compliance and machinery operation.
Visit regular and prospective businesses, to establish and act on selling opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling
Assess business requirements and recommend products that provide appropriate solutions or reselling opportunities
Advise customers on product selection, modification, use and associated safety and legislative requirements and storage.
Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
Management of employee timesheets
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
Essential Attributes:
High level communication skills (verbal and written)
Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
Able to work autonomously and within a team
High level of technical and analytical skills
High level of problem solving skills and resilience
Great organisational skills

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License (Manual where required)
Forklift operation and ability to lift 20-30kg safely
Proficiency in ERP software and computer skills
Willingness to travel occasionally and work Saturday mornings
