About The Role
By joining our regional services team in the role of Farm Engagement Lead , you will be responsible for managing our valuable farmer relationships as part of our WestVic Dairy team. You will regularly engage with dairy farmers to help build an understanding of their farm business needs, recommending the right services and resources to help support profitability, sustainability and best practice on their farms.
Central to your success in this role will be your ability to not only build relationships but create opportunities to deliver meaningful and supported engagement with dairy farmers. You will ensure farmers are aware of, and contribute to, the planning, design and context of resources and programs that Dairy Australia develops.
