I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Customer Success Co-ordinator position for a global software company based in Ryde who are seeking great talent to join their team! As a Client Success Co-ordinator, you'll be at the forefront of managing client relationships post-sales, ensuring their seamless integration into the companies services and maximising their success with their platform. Your new role
Manage all aspects of the client relationship post-sales, including onboarding and upgrades, to ensure seamless integration and maximise client success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ANZ client support, promptly addressing enquiries, coordinating technical support efforts, and facilitating account changes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Proactively identify opportunities to drive client usage rates and foster positive relationships.
Provide valuable insights while using the companies tools to further enhance client success and drive results.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in client management, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in wholesale or with Australian major retailers favourable
