Our client is a steel fabricator who is seeking additional
2-3x Trade Assistant
in their Hope Valley site.
Pay Rate: $34.79 per hour plus penalties
Hours: Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30/4pm)
Duties include:
Will be lifting pallets with small and different-sized metal components (NOT long big steel such as ugly freight)
Roughly 50% TA work and 50% forklift duties
Quite a lot of manual handling and assisting the Trade Q fitters on site
Using hand tools quite a bit so experience here is essential
Requirements:
Must have a valid forklift license with confidence and experience lifting steel components.
Overhead crane (desirable)
Must live local and quite close to Hope Valley
Need to be fit for work
Good work ethic and attitude needed as their culture is very good
Full-time work rights
