About Position:
iSphere Top End Pty Ltd is seeking an ICT Project Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising all projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects as per plans. The Project Manager will also define the projects’ objectives and oversee quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal sources and third-party contractors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Provide direction and support to project team members.
Stakeholders Engagement:
• Establish and maintain relationship with third parties.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide update on projects in hand, its’ progress, concerns and manage the expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentations.
Risk Management:
• Identify, access, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to manage risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance as per business standards and methodologies.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitor projects deliverable to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with projects’ specifications and business standards.
• Implement and manage project change and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor or higher degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science
• At least 3-4 years of experience of project management in ICT sector.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, infrastructure, and software development cycle.
• Proven record of successfully managing ICT projects.
• Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines.
• Must have full-time working rights in Australia.
