POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and supervise the operational and technical activities of assigned projects, providing essential support in procurement, planning, scheduling, reporting, quality assurance, and more. Your expertise will ensure our projects are executed to the highest standards, meeting client requirements and adhering to safety and quality processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and supervise operational and technical activities of assigned projects.
Provide project support in procurement, planning, scheduling, reporting, estimating, quality assurance, scope/cost control, OHS, and project/contract administration.
Represent the company in client and project meetings.
Assist in the setup and continuous development of Quality Assurance Systems and required templates.
Supervise quality inspections and ensure accuracy of QA documentation.
Manage documentation control, including issuing and disposing of current/revised drawings and welder work packs.
Identify and document quality non-compliances, coordinating with IPT Management for rectification to maintain high standards.
Assist Project Managers with daily activities and complete project administration tasks.
Support Estimators with tender submissions.
Adhere to safety, environment, and quality processes and standards.
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification in Engineering or a similar field.
Previous project experience in the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries.
Experience supervising GMP, GxP, and QA documentation for pharmaceutical projects.
Ability to read and interpret ISO drawings, fabrication drawings, and P&IDs.
Understanding of client requirements and ability to communicate professionally.
Capability to work with limited supervision and demonstrate proven team and individual performance.
History of compliance and experience with Work Permits, JSAs, SWMS, and QHSE documentation.
White Card (Construction Induction Card) is essential.
Full driver’s license and own vehicle required.
