Key responsibility:
Monitor accounts receivable function including timely debt collection, daily payment allocation and AR ageing control and report.
Supervise AP process, verification of AP invoices include coding and payment.
Responsible for month end reporting
Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Assist with forecast and budget
Assist with internal and external audits
Review and reconciliation of CAPEX request/invoices
Enhance internal control
Requirement
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
High level of analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with Departmental Managers in all forms of communication
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential
Preferred experience in current Accounting and POS software, eg. Opera, Sun
Salary 70k plus super
