Bollore Logistics Australia, West Park Site is looking for a Logistics Coordinator & Warehouse Admin with the below job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a permanent and qualitative communication and relationship with customers/clients (internally and externally)
• Building and rolling out the daily activity plan under Supervision of the manager in a multi-tasking environment requiring control and prioritization with the help of warehouse of operators/forklift drivers if required
• Organizing booking requests for transport (inbound/outbound) + pre-alerts if required
• Addressing customer requests/claims in a timely manner and as per SLA

• Ensuring daily, weekly reporting
• Training staff on the work instructions and monitoring their application
• Report and keep track of anomalies/problems with the Solutions team
• Perform and handle requested inventory tasks (cycle counting, stock takes)

• To ensure customers are kept up to date on all matters – pre-alerts, arrival dates, off loads, delivery schedule throughout the international supply chain
• Order follow up and maintenance of order reports for customers
• Implement and maintain client SOP’s as required at the direction of Management

• Customer Service experience/qualifications in similar role
• WMS experience on advanced level
• Familiar with end to end WH operations (inbound to outbound via, put away, pick&pack, inventory tasks, transport booking and documentation, etc)
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver performance in time sensitive environment
• Sense of initiative and priorities
• Well organized
• Communication skills both internally and externally

• Inventory Control experience is good to have

This role involves the management, collection and quality control of all forms of data and data structures that make up the Australian Defence Force’s (ADF) Vital Planning and Analysis (VIPA) suite of logistics planning tools. The management of data and information in all its forms and the analysis of information structures (including logical analysis of taxonomies, data and metadata) is paramount to being successful in this role. The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement and management across the Defence enterprise.

Duties include:

• Analyse current data holdings and reference documents using guidelines to identify deficiencies in content and quality
• Prioritise tasks according to information requirements and user direction, and de-conflict activities with other staff
• Plan data management activities, incorporating information needs and priorities, client schedules and travel requirements
• Maintain a work schedule and forecast activities
• Identify authoritative sources for Defence data that meet content and quality standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with ADF stakeholders
• Liaise with ADF stakeholders to identify, collect and validate data
• Advise ADF stakeholders about data quality standards
• Upload data to databases using systems and processes that optimise quality
• Validate data with subject matter expert support
• Create and maintain accurate records in Objective
• Prepare reports for executive and project teams
• Deliver pre-packaged one-on-one training to stakeholders

Candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold a current NV-1 or greater AGSVA security clearance.

Bollore Logistics Australia, West Park Site is looking for 2 Warehouse Shift Supervisors (AM and PM) with the below job responsibilities:

·       Ensure performance issues are handed promptly and professionally.

·       Ensure that employees are completing their tasks and meeting deadlines.

·       Ensure that employees are working the required hours and minimising the need for overtime through correct planning.

·       Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse.

·       Ensure all resources are utilized efficiently.

·       Plan and coordinate labour in conjunction with customer demands.

·       Ensure that the warehouse & logistics work is done to maximize profit through system enhancement and re-engineering of existing business operational processes.

·       Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost controls.

·       Control the expenses of the Warehouse (eg. Packing material etc) to a reasonable level.

·       Ensure the companies policies and procedures when undertaking your duties are followed at all times.

·       Ensure that all new employees are given the appropriate induction in the QHSE field in particular.

·       Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks.

·       Ensure that all new employees are given the appropriate induction in the QHSE field in particular.

·       Ensure that all products are delivered as per customer or client requirements and on time.

·       Ensure all interaction and communication with customers or clients is professionally.

·       Ensure management is aware of all complaints.

·       Attend Client meetings to assist and ensure Key Customers IT and System requirements are satisfied at all times.

·       Liaise as the primary contact between customers, operational departments, accounts and IT support groups.

· Minimum 12 months experience as supervisor

· Experience working in a 3PL warehouse environment

· Experience using RF Scanners and working in a paperless warehouse

· Computer skills and experience using WMS

· Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs

· Good communications skills

· Hold a valid forklift licence is a plus
