Bollore Logistics Australia, West Park Site is looking for a Logistics Coordinator & Warehouse Admin with the below job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a permanent and qualitative communication and relationship with customers/clients (internally and externally)
  • Building and rolling out the daily activity plan under Supervision of the manager in a multi-tasking environment requiring control and prioritization with the help of warehouse of operators/forklift drivers if required
  • Organizing booking requests for transport (inbound/outbound) + pre-alerts if required
  • Addressing customer requests/claims in a timely manner and as per SLA
  • Ensuring daily, weekly reporting
  • Training staff on the work instructions and monitoring their application
  • Report and keep track of anomalies/problems with the Solutions team
  • Perform and handle requested inventory tasks (cycle counting, stock takes)
  • To ensure customers are kept up to date on all matters – pre-alerts, arrival dates, off loads, delivery schedule throughout the international supply chain
  • Order follow up and maintenance of order reports for customers
  • Implement and maintain client SOP’s as required at the direction of Management
  • Customer Service experience/qualifications in similar role
  • WMS experience on advanced level
  • Familiar with end to end WH operations (inbound to outbound via, put away, pick&pack, inventory tasks, transport booking and documentation, etc)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver performance in time sensitive environment
  • Sense of initiative and priorities
  • Well organized
  • Communication skills both internally and externally
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Inventory Control experience is good to have
  • Valid forklift license is a plus
