Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

About the Position A full-time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our operational sites, working from our Brisbane Office.
Reporting to the Logistics & Inventory Superintendent, you will organise & plan the distribution of dangerous goods to all operational sites. In this role, you will load, plan, transport equipment and deliver on time as per S&OP demand planning requirements.
Core accountabilities include: ? Coordinate product and transportation services to meet internal and external production demand
? Process all receipting of purchase orders and demand for sites & load plan transport
? Liaise with transport companies to book delivery times/slots; notifying sites accordingly
? Upkeep of administration and data entry tasks in ERP systems and spreadsheets
? Assist with logistics quotes and plans for new projects
? Process stock transfers and batch processing
