BizCover is a leading global InsureTech, providing Small Businesses with the simplest way to get their business insurance sorted. 

We are looking for a new Account Executive who will join our dedicated BizCover for Broker department who are responsible for delivering a first-class service to all brokers who are in contact with the business. The broker platform is a high-tech platform that makes insurance look easy, offers transparency and efficiency and is completely unique to the insurance industry. 

This role is responsible for strengthening existing relationships with our brokers as well carrying out administrative functions.  We need someone who is confident, hungry and can thrive in a busy environment to meet business deadlines.

Our broker platform is highly successful and has huge opportunities to grow and bring in more revenue, so you will be part of a high performing team having a direct impact on the business.  

Day to day responsibilities -

• Manage a high volume of telephone calls and email leads from both brokers (inbound/outbound) and internal consultants.
• Ensure all broker requests are managed within agreed service standards whilst also adhering to the process requirements of the business.

• Work closely with the underwriting team to find solutions for brokers who have referrals or renewals in special circumstances.
• Actively follow up / convert New Business Leads that come into the team daily
• Ensure that a high level of product, process and systems knowledge is always maintained
• Report back to the business on broker / product feedback
• Continually promote the features and benefits of BizCover for brokers platform
• Responsible for all policy maintenance, policy documentation and educating brokers in the benefits of BizCover for Brokers platform.

• Tier 1 or 2 in General Insurance Broking is desirable but not essential
• 1 to 2 years Insurance experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
• Previous experience in a similar role ie Broker Assistant, Underwriting Assistance, Senior Account Executive etc.
• Capable of working on various computer systems.
• Someone who takes initiative and is business savvy to find new ways to maximize opportunities

What you will do   

• Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager to craft SEO-friendly written content, such as blogs, articles, and landing pages, to boost Humanforce’s visibility and ranking in Google search results. 
• Partner with our SEO Specialist to implement the SEO strategy, focusing on both on-page and off-page initiatives to enhance our organic search rankings. 
• Perform in-depth keyword research to pinpoint target keywords and optimise website content accordingly. 
• Engage in link building initiatives to strengthen the backlink profile of Humanforce's websites. 
• Stay abreast of industry developments, search engine algorithm changes, and SEO best practices. 
• Work with the wider marketing team to weave SEO strategies into our digital marketing efforts. 

What you’ll need  

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications/Journalism. 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company (experience in other industries is also welcome!) or experience in an agency focusing on SEO copywriting and general SEO strategies for clients. 
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with essential aspects of content, technical, and on-page SEO strategies.  
• A solid grasp of digital marketing principles and how SEO contributes to enhancing organic traffic and overall website performance. 
• Comprehension of the distinctions between SEM and SEO, along with the unique contributions each makes to a comprehensive marketing strategy. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ideally, some experience crafting short-form content (like blogs) based on detailed briefs. 
• Keen attention to detail. 
• Intermediate proficiency using SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.). 
• Ability to work independently while being comfortable reaching out for assistance when necessary. 
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Adeptness in conducting research and sourcing information (using Google, etc.). 
• Results-oriented mindset.
